A general contractor you work for is tracking subcontractor documents in Works. The request came from them, not from us.<\/p>

Usually a certificate of insurance, your contractor license, a signed indemnity agreement, and a site safety plan. The exact list depends on your scope of work on that project.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

The email contains a link to a form. Upload the documents there. No account to create, no software to install, nothing to buy.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

The contractor sees your documents as current. You stop getting reminder emails about that project until something expires.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Why this is better than email<\/h2>

The old way is that four different generals each ask you for the same certificate of insurance, at four different times, and each one lands in a different inbox. Then one of them cannot find it in March and asks again.<\/p>
