Across all of it the same failure kept showing up. These companies cared about safety and had the paperwork. They just could not lay hands on it when a general contractor, an inspector, or an insurer asked.

We tried the software that exists. It is built for procurement departments, priced per person so the smallest contractors pay the most, and implemented over quarters by consultants who then leave. Eighteen months later the safety director is back on a spreadsheet.

So we built what we wanted our own clients to have, ran it on our own consulting work first, and then made it available.
